Delete your Ladder account
You can delete your Ladder account at any time, yourself, in the app or on the website. It takes a few seconds.
How to delete it
- Sign in to Ladder, in the app or at ladder.ba.
- Open your profile and scroll to Account at the bottom.
- Tap Delete account and confirm with your password (or the word shown, if you sign in with Google or Apple).
What is deleted, and what is kept
- Your name, email, phone, photo and other personal details are deleted for good, and you are signed out everywhere.
- Results of matches you played stay, under “Former player”, so the people you played keep correct ratings.
- A Premium or Pro subscription paid by card is cancelled automatically.
- Subscribed through the App Store or Google Play? Deleting your account does not stop that subscription - cancel it in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings.
Cannot sign in any more? Email info@ladder.ba from the address on your account and we will delete it for you within 30 days.
